'"":" Community Devel6pment Director Frolik stated the Ci~ received an application. ~om Pamela B'oshea, for a home occupation pe~t to establish a one-chair hak salon in her home located at 6210 179~ Lane NW. Ci~ Cod~,.res~cts home occupations to 20% of the ~oss' floor area of the home. ~e mom in which' ~e home occupation will take place is 120 squ~e feet (10 x 12), which equates-t9 5~o (12~.~'2,308) of the ~oss floor area. Pamela will be the sole employee and she expects to s~ice a maximum of 3 to 4 clients per day (20 clients per week). She would like to operate Mond:ay to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Ci~ Staff recommends approv.al of the request.
