7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation disPlayed. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other <br />than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, <br />that not more than one room may be used for such purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dulY seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of November 2002. <br /> <br />Pamela Boshea hereby acknowledges receipt of this Permit and has reViewed the conditions of <br />this Permit and has agreed that they will comply with the terms of this Permit. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-123- <br /> <br /> <br />
