7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation disPlayed. 8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private dwelling on the Subject Property. Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the residence. 11. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. 12. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Permit. 13. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 14. Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, that not more than one room may be used for such purpose.
