-138- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY DENTAL <br />CLINIC ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 6, 2002, Thomas W. Anderson D.D.S. and Roger E. Austin <br />D.D.S., hereafter referred to as "Developers" has properly applied for minor subdivision <br />approval of the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />All that part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center line Of County-State Aid Highway Number 5 <br />as now laid out and traVel6d, with the north line of the North Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Section 23, said point be located 1370.58 feet west of the Northeast corner <br />of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence East (assumed bearing) along the <br />North line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter for a distance of 729.20 feet; <br />thence South 32 degrees 03 minutes 18 seconds East for a distance of 353.97 feet; thence <br />West and parallel with said North Half of the Southeast Quarter to the center line of said <br />County State Aid Highway Number 5; thence Northwesterly along said center line to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lots 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers are proposing to subdivide a 4.52 acre parcel into one lot <br />and one outlot; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey Dental Clinic currently operates on the Subject Property and will <br />continue to operate on Lot 1, Block 1, RamseY Dental Clinic Addition a~er the Subject <br />Property is subdivided; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05(2)(a) of City Codes allow for the subdividing of a single <br />parcel to three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 (2) of the City Code on september 5, 2002; and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
