-138- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-11- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RAMSEY DENTAL CLINIC ADDITION WHEREAS, on August 6, 2002, Thomas W. Anderson D.D.S. and Roger E. Austin D.D.S., hereafter referred to as "Developers" has properly applied for minor subdivision approval of the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: All that part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line Of County-State Aid Highway Number 5 as now laid out and traVel6d, with the north line of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Section 23, said point be located 1370.58 feet west of the Northeast corner of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence East (assumed bearing) along the North line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter for a distance of 729.20 feet; thence South 32 degrees 03 minutes 18 seconds East for a distance of 353.97 feet; thence West and parallel with said North Half of the Southeast Quarter to the center line of said County State Aid Highway Number 5; thence Northwesterly along said center line to the point of beginning. Or upon recording: Lots 1, Block 1 and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Developers are proposing to subdivide a 4.52 acre parcel into one lot and one outlot; and WHEREAS, Ramsey Dental Clinic currently operates on the Subject Property and will continue to operate on Lot 1, Block 1, RamseY Dental Clinic Addition a~er the Subject Property is subdivided; and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05(2)(a) of City Codes allow for the subdividing of a single parcel to three lots or less to be processed as minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 (2) of the City Code on september 5, 2002; and I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I
