I.enjoyed all parts of our <br />meeting, including the tour o'fthe fishing pond. <br /> <br />This letter is intended to confi~xn the agreement we made regarding <br />construction of a :fence on your east property line. <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc. hereby agrees.to build a fence on your <br />east property i ine, at. the sole expense c.f Oakwood Land. Development, inc. <br />The fence will be an "elk" fence similar to the e:dsting fence on Milt's south <br />property line. It will be approximately 8 feet high and will have a wire mesh <br />similar to the existing fence. In the wetland areas the fence posts will be <br />metal and will be approximately 4 to 5 feet above ground.
