WHEREAS, on November 7, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition and recommended City Council approval of same contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated November 1, 2002 and resolving the fencing of pasture land on the Weichelt and Mott parcels to the west of the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on November 14, 2002 and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements; the construction of an 8 foot wide bituminous trail between Lots 5 and 6 of Block 4, the construction, cost of which would be credit eligible against trail development fees due on the Subject Property; and the continuance of the trail along the north side of Alpine Drive N.W.; and NOW THEREFOP~E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF ~IINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated November 1, 2002, revised November 21, 2002, and the letter from Oakwood Land Development to Milt Weichelt at 15407 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and Dave Mort at 15425 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., dated November 12, 2002, regarding the installation of pasture fencing. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 26th day of November, 2002.
