-236- VILLAS OF MEADOW POINTE TOWNHOMES DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT CITY OF RA2VISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"-), and ALLSTATE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability corporation, whose address is 2619 Coon Rapids Blvd. #201, Coon Rapids, MN 55433 ("DEVELOPER"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: Lots I and 2, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying northerly of 153 Avenue NW and lying easterly of the easterly right of way line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No. 1. and That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence South on the East line thereof 5 I0 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line thereof 347 feet to the Center of Town Road; thence North 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East on said center line 544 feet to the North line thereof; thence East on said North line of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter 165.20 feet to place of commencement: and That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25 lying 280 feet easterly of easterly right of way line of County Road Villas of Meadow Pointe Townhomes Subdivision Development Agreement Page 1 of 12 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I
