-286- <br /> <br />8~21-02 <br /> <br />On August 21, it came to my attention that on August 19, Ed Hamilton stopped in or <br />called City Hall regarding production at Commercial Asphalt. He said that there has <br />been a terrible odor generating from file plant for 3 days. I called Mike Caron at <br />Commercial Asphalt and he was surprised that the Hamiltons complained at CityHall, <br />because they usually call Mike Caron directly when they have issues with the plant. Mr. <br />Caron said he would call the Hamiltons right a way. <br /> <br />S.
