This unique, highly modified asphalt celnent is not used on a <br />regular basis. In fact out of all of the mixes produced this year at our ten facilities this <br />was the only project that called for this particular asphalt cement. <br /> <br />We have contacted the manufacturer of the additive to explain the situation and ask for <br />guidance regarding the correct quantity of additive needed fbr the different types of <br />asphalt cement. Once this information is received we plan to implement the <br />manufacturers' recommendations. <br /> <br />We would also like to notify you that the last day of production at this facility for the <br />2002 season will be November 22, 2002.
