The permittee shall, when requested by the commissioner, submit within a reasonable time any <br />information and repons that are relevant to pollution or the activities authorized under.the permit. <br /> <br />M. If the permlttee discovers, through any means, including notification by the comm~ioner, that <br />noncompliance with a condition of the permit has occta-red, the permittee shall immediately take all <br />reasonable steps to minimize the adverse impact on human health Or the environment resulting from the' <br />noncompliance. <br /> <br />N. The permit is npt transferable to any person. <br /> <br />O. The permit authorizes the permittee to perform the activities described in the permit under the <br />conditions of the permit. In issuing the permit, the state, the agency, and the commks[oner assume no <br />respons~ility for damages to persons, property, or the environment caused by the activities of the <br />permittee in the conduct of its actions, including those activities authorized, directed, or undertaken under <br />the permit. To the extent the state, the agency,and the commissioner may be. liable for the activities of its <br />employees, that liability is explicitly limited to that provided in the Tort Clahns Act, Minnesota gtatutes, <br />section 3.376. <br /> <br /> Subp. 22. Parts that do not apply to registration permits.
