Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Kociscak, Reeve, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Brauer. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to recommend that City <br />Council approve William and Elizabeth Erhart's request to exceed accessory building height <br />restrictions based on the findings of fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
