-126- <br /> <br />Chairperson Ni~ stated the stub road being proposed would be to access his land if developed in <br />the fmure but stated the thirty-foot incline also concerns him. <br /> <br />~vlr. Jankowski stated Nk. Bridwell was correct on the thirty-foot incline that would need to be <br />corrected. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Zelenak, 15215 Nowthen Boulevard, stated the comer on 153~a and Novahen Boulevard <br />ik getting bad and something will need to be done because of the traffic around this intersection. <br />He stated this development would bring a lot more traffic past his comer either on Alpine Drive <br />or County Road 5. <br /> <br />Mr. McGee stated as far as an entrance on Nowthen Boulevard, there was not one planned or <br />ever planned. He stated they were proposing with the County for access on Sunfish Boulevard. <br />Concerning Mr. Bddwetl, they are proposing to put up a stone retaining wall and'.they will correct <br />the thirty foot incline because they overlooked this. He stated the area is zoned for the density <br />and they are meeting the requirements. He stated they are taking the concerns of the residents <br />into consideration. He stated the sewer took the most direct route so they would not uproot or <br />disturb most of the wetland and will start when there is a frost to have the least amount of impact <br />on the wedands. <br /> <br />Commissioner Watson asked What the target starting price on the housing would be. <br /> <br />~vk. McGee stated single-family homes would range from $200-$250,000, twin homes would be <br />around $275,000, and the villas would range from $250-$325,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nix1, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carded.
