I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-10-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2002 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 27, 2002 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of September 14, 2002 through September <br />27,2002, in the amount of $369,628.53; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIC~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby' approves the cash disbursements made and <br /> authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br /> for the period September 14, 2002, through September 27, 2002, in the amount of <br /> $369,628.53. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 8"~ day of October 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br /> <br />
