-144- WHEREAS, on July 9, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application preliminary plat from the Developer, for a proposed plat called Villas of Meadow Point; and WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing and considered the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point; and WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission tabled consideration of the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point to the September 5, 2002 Planning Commission meeting to allow for the Developer to address concerns raised at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, on September 5, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat of Villas of Meadow Point and the revisions to the plat based on the comments at the public hearing held on August 29, 2002 and recommended approval of the preliminary plat dated July 9, 2002 revised July 26, 2002, and revised August 15 and 29, 2002, revised September 5, 2002 and drainage, grading, utility, and tree protection plans dated July 9, 2002, Revised August 28, 2002, Revised September 5, 2002, Revised September 17, 2002 subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on September 24, 2002, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat for Villas of Meadow Point and tabled action on the preliminary plat until the October 8, 2002 meeting in order to receive more information regarding the plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Allstate Development, L.L.C. for the Villas of Meadow Point subdivision subject to the following conditions: a) City Staff Review Letter dated August 20, Revised October 4, 2002. b) Site Plan approval of the two-unit townhomes. 2002, Revised September 19, 2002, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: RESOLUTION #02-10- Page 2 of 3 I I I I: I I I I I I I: I I !
