I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN POINT 2nd <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, on August 29, 2002, Edina 'Development, Inc., hereatSer referred to as <br />"Developer" properly applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Evergreen Point Townhomes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> or upon recording - <br /> <br /> Lots 1-23, Block 1; Lots 1-27, Block 2; Outlot A; Evergreen Point Second Addkion, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat of Evergreen Point on <br />May 28, 2002; <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat of Evergreen Point ?t <br />Addition on July 23, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follOws: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final, plat approval of Evergreen Point 2na <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City <br />Staff Review letter dated October 4, 2002..and the Developer entering into a Development <br />Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ) and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />-93,- <br /> <br /> <br />
