Please don't put us into that situation. <br /> <br />Please do your best to change nh_is proposal. I urn not asking for much of the proposal to be <br />changed, just take out the section of the city road that is going through to our fence line. Putting <br />in a road that goes to 'a fence does not make sense. After talking to the developer, it sounds as <br />though the other end of this road will never be completed either. The eastbound section of this <br />'proposed city road would go through a wetland and would have a steep grade. So, what with us <br />refusing to develop our land and with the land being what it is on the east end, we cannot.see any <br />purpose for putting in this section of the road or for making it a city road. <br /> <br />Included with this letter is the proposal that we received from the city of Ramsey. I have <br />highlighted (in yellow) the section of the road that we would like to see eliminated.
