White Oak Addition; and WHEREAS, on July 11, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and recommended approval of the plat subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on August 8, 2002, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application preliminary plat from the Developer, for a proposed plat called White Oak Addition; and WHEREAS, on September 5, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the plat subject to certain conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Wurm-Paumen Properties, L.L.C. for the White Oak Addition subdivision subject to the following conditions: RESOLUTION #02-09- Page 2 of 3 -183-
