This agreement will need to be ratified by the Planning Commission and City Council. Utilities: All lots will. be served by on-site sewer and water. Park Dedication: The City has established a park dedication fee of $1700.00 per new lot or unit. The plat creates one new buildable lot and you will be charged $1700.00 in park dedication fees. This fee must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of the final plat for recording. Trail Fee: The City has established a trail development fee for 2002 of $400 per unit. The plat creates one new buildable lot and you will be charged $400.00 in trail development fees. This fee must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of the final plat for recording. Stormwater Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee for 2002 of $375.00 per unit. The plat creates one new buildable lot and you will be charged $375.00 in stormwater management fees. This fee must be paid for the new lots created prior to release of the final plat for recording. The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at the Ramsey Fire Station #2 located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request for final plat approval.
