FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-35 (141s:r AVENUE N.W./EBONY STREET <br />N.W. STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 27,2001, the Ramsey City Council approved Resolution #01-03- <br />164A approving the plans and specifications for the above reference work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-04- <br />xxx awarding the bid for Improvement Project #00-35, 141~t Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W. <br />Street and Utility Construction project to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$493,392.80; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended partial payment' to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $185,913.05. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cit3~ Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended second partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$230,733.39. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended third partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $13,630.27. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended fourth partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $34,632.85. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended fifth partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $18,570.97. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended final payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $9,866.95. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. for <br />Improvement Project #00-35, 141st Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W.
