AUTHORIZE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR CITY HALL REMODELING <br />PROJECT <br /> By: Heidi A. Nelson, Asst. City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> Remodeling of Ramsey City Hall is progressing very well. As discussed at the <br />August 19th Council meeting, staff anticipated two additional change orders due to minor <br />modifications of the project and unforeseen problems with the electrical circuitry existing <br />in the building. The attached change order reflects requested changes in the contract <br />through September 5, 2002. The requested changes are detailed in the attached Change <br />Order Document. 'One additional change order is anticipated for the September 24th <br />meeting of Council, estimated at $1500-$1800. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br /> Authorize by Resolution No. 02-09-xx, Change Order No. 2 in the amount of <br />$4,999 for the City Hall remodeling project. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br /> By motion, authorize Resolution No. 02-09-xx, Change Order No. 2 in the <br />amount of $4,999 for the City Hall remodeling project. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Asst.
