-256- <br /> <br />Councilmember introdUced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL'USE PER[MIT TO <br />WAYNE AND PBaMELA STEINKE TO EXCEED THE HEIGHT AND SIZE <br />RESTRICTIONS FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON PROPERTIES <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA (MUSA)' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne and Pamela Steinke (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an accessory structure that will exceed the height and size <br />limits established in Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code on the property generally known <br />as 15661 Jun/per Ridge Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 5, Block 1, Reilley Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (Subject Property). <br /> <br /> BaND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on August 29, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOw THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RBaMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
