Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he was thinking of a minor fee of $5.00 to have some <br />kind of tag and then they are told where they can go or not go. <br /> <br />Mike Reeves, Snow Baron Snowmobile Club, stated that there are funds available for signage. <br />He stated that the largest thing is an enforcement issue. There are some people that make <br />snowmobiling bad for everyone. In regards to the licensing issue, other cities have tried it, but <br />there is so much transient traffic coming through the City and it adds another enforcement issue. <br />He explained that the Snow Barons donate money to numerous clubs to assist with problems. <br />The licensing is a hassle.
