CASE <br /> <br />Presentation of Feasibility Studies for the three projects south of City Hall <br /> By: Brian Olson, Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The purpose of this case is to present the feasibility studies that we were directed to prepare for <br />the three projects south of City Hail: <br /> <br />Improvement Project 02-20, <br />Improvement Project 02-21, <br />Improvement Project 02-22, <br /> <br />South of City Hall Campus Sewer Water and Street <br />Construction <br />151st, 152~d and Fluorine Street NW Sewer Water and <br />Street Construction <br />Pondvale Sewer Water and Street Construction <br /> <br />The feasibility studies for these projects will be presented on Tuesday night. At the July 23~d City <br />Council meeting, Staff hopes to set a date for the Public Hearing for each of these proposed <br />projects. Each resident will receive a copy of the Feasibility Study before the Public Hearing to <br />give them a chance to review it prior to the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The Feasibility Studies for each project are in the process of being completed and will be <br />available for the meeting on Tuesday night. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to the City Council to set the date for the Public Hearing for each of the <br />respective projects on August 13, 2002. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />Director of Public Works <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />PW: 07/16/02 <br /> <br />-279- <br /> <br /> <br />
