City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ben Rossum assumed the position of Patrol Officer on July 9th, 2001, and his one-year <br />probationary period ended on July 10th, 2002. His performance has been reviewed by <br />Sergeant Robert Kuhn and documented as satisfactory. Based on a satisfactory one-year <br />appraisal, staff is recommending Mr. Rossum be retained as a regular full-time employee. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory one-year appraisal, staff recommends that Patrol Officer Ben <br />Rossum be retained as a regular full-time employee effective July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending probationary period for Patrol Officer Ben Rossum and <br />grant him the status of regular full-time employee effective July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Police Chief <br />Sergeant Way <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 08/13/02 <br /> <br />-291- <br /> <br /> <br />
