Owner will repair and paint ceiling. <br />2. Room 211,212, 213 and 214 at the top of the office windows add aluminum trim to match existing concealing he <br />gap between top of glass and ceiling. Typical both sides of window. <br /> <br />Mechanical 1. Provide 36X12 return air path openings in existing partitions above doors between rooms 101 and 102 and 102 <br /> and 10ZA. <br /> 2. Provide 36X12 return air path opening at south end of new partition in room 120. <br /> 3. Locate openings as high as possible and provide grilles on each side of opening. <br /> 4. Provide painted steel bar grilles with horizontal bars with ~" spacing and 0 degrees deflection and 1" border. <br /> <br />Electrical <br /> 1. Delete new panel LP-1 and associated feeder. Route new circuiting originally designated to LP-1 to existing <br /> Panel L-1 using the following open breakers-. 7,9,12,14,15,17 and 19. Provide credit to the owner for panel LP~ <br /> land associated feeder. Field verify existing circuit availability. <br /> 2. Room 102 provide 3 way switching. Change existing light switch to a 3-way, add one new 3-way switch at door <br /> exiting into room l02A. Revise existing circuitry to accommodate new switching configurations. <br /> 3. Room 211 - Revise existing circuitry as required as so the existing light in drywall soffit will switch with all lights <br /> within the room. <br /> <br />-311- <br /> <br /> <br />
