CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN <br />NORTHFORK ST. ANDREWS ADDITION; CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC. <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 23, City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate drainage and utility easements <br />contained within portions of Lots 11 and 12, Block 2, Northfork St. Andrews Addition. These <br />areas of Lots 11 and 12, Block 2, have been app~roved for conveyance to the Links Golf Course <br />because they are regularly used as part of the 17 fairway. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statue, property owners within 350 feet of the subject property were <br />notified of the July 23rd public hearing to consider vacating the existing drainage and utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the Ordinance is now eligible for adoption.
