8. MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />The following items were noted under Mayor /Council /Staff Input <br />1) Ramsey EDA Fall Business Networking Event - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the <br />Alexander Ramsey Room at the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />2) Councilmembers Elect. Councilmembers Elect Tossey and Backous introduced <br />themselves. <br />3) Election Results. Mayor Ramsey congratulated Councilmember Dehen for his election <br />to District Judge, Councilmember Look for his election to County Commissioner, and <br />Councilmember Elvig for his reelection to the City Council. <br />4) Public Meeting re Highway #10 and Armstrong Boulevard. Public Works Director <br />Olson stated there was a public meeting next Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. in the Alexander <br />Ramsey Room for the Highway 10 and Armstrong Boulevard presentation. <br />5) City Offices Closed in Observance of Veterans Day. City Administrator Ulrich noted <br />City Hall was closed on Thursday, November 11 in honor of Veteran's Day. <br />6) Snowmobile Corral in Town Center Area. City Administrator Ulrich noted staff was <br />working on a proposal for a snowmobile corral in the Town Center area. <br />7) Mayor's Trail Ride for 2011. Mayor Ramsey noted the Mayor's Trail Ride is <br />scheduled for January 22, 2011. <br />9.
