The plat is located west of Armstrong Blvd and south of Alpine Drive. <br />Justification <br />the Plat was developed with unpaved streets, ditches, and driveway culverts. The project was subsequently paved. The ditches and driveway <br />;ulverts have sunken in over time. Residents near the high side of the Plat have experienced driveway flooding and washout.
