7. That although the Applicant is not proposing use of the structure as a home occupation, <br />City Code Section 117-351 relating to home occupations states that the area set aside for <br />the home occupation in attached or detached accessory structures shall not exceed total <br />accessory building space or height allowed on the site of the home occupation, as <br />established in Section 117-349 of City Code. <br />11. That in addition to the existing attached garage, detached accessory structure, and the <br />Structure, the Applicant currently has three accessory structures on the Subject Property <br />that are proposed to be removed upon completion of the Structure. Said structures include <br />a 96 square foot detached accessory structure and two (2) membrane structures. <br />12. That the Structure appears to meet all applicable setbacks. <br />13. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br />14. That the proposed use wilUwill not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br />16. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services <br />such as highways and streets. <br />18. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic <br />welfare of the community. <br />19. That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to <br />any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br />20.
