Commissioner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION #10-12-01 RESOLUTION FINDING THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 14 CONFORM TO TILE CITY PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY AS A WHOLE WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City"), has prepared a Development Plan for Development District No. 1 (the "Program") and a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the "Plan") for Tax Increment Financing District No. 14 therein and has submitted the Program and the Plan to the City Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.027 and 469.126, and WHEREAS, on December 2, 3010, the Planning Commission reviewed the Program and the Plan to determine conformity of the Program and the Plan to the general plan for the development or redevelopment of the City as a whole, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is in agreement that the Program and Plan conform with the City's 2030 Comprehensive Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Program and the Plan conform to the general plan for the development or redevelopment of the City as a whole and the Commission recommends the Program and Plan to the City Council of the City of Ramsey for its approval. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this the 2nd day of December, 2010.
