(b) any balance or mondes of Owner or tenant security deposits, or both., held by <br />Manager. with respect to each such Property to be delivered irnMediately upon such <br />termination or withdrawal; and <br />(c) all records, contracts, leases, receipts for deposits, unpaid bills and other papers <br />or documents which pertain to each such Property to be delivered immediately upon <br />such termination or withdrawal <br />Upoh such termination or withdrawal, Owner will assume responsibility for payment of <br />all approved or authorized unpaid bills. <br />ARTICLE VI. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />6.1. No ti gs. Such <br />notices, demands, consents and reports may also be delivered by hand, or by any other method <br />or means permitted by law. For purposes of this Agreement, notices will be deemed to have <br />been "given" upon personal delivery thereof or forty -eight (48) hours after having been <br />deposited in the United States mail as provided above. <br />6.2.
