Wood disposal by burning requires whole tree volume <br />reduction, proposed site inspection prior to clearing and an open burning permit. <br />Residual ash and unburned stumpage may be buried on the site at the approval of the <br />CITY. Chipped material may be applied and utilized on site to mitigate root damage <br />from grade changes or used in the fight-of-way for erosion control and top soil <br />restoration. <br /> <br />SECTION VI <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />Mailbox Locations on Cul-De-Sacs. The purpose of the mailbox placement policy is to <br />help ensure effective mail del/very in winter months by providing sufficient room for <br />snow storage. It shall be the responsibility of the DEVELOPER to ensure mailboxes for <br />homes located within cul-de-sacs are located on the throat section of the cul-de-sac. <br />Mailboxes shall be placed in the road right-of-way subject to City and U.S: Post Office <br />regulations. Utility locates will be necessary. <br /> <br />Temporary Cul-de-Sac Easement. A temporary cul-de-sac shall be constructed at the <br />westerly terminus of 154t~' Avenue N.W. An access easement is required to be recorded <br />with Anoka County for the area where the temporary cul-de-sac will be located. Said <br />access easement shall expire at the time J. 54th Avenue N.W. is extended to the west <br />beyond the Plat boundary. The DEVELOPER shall provide the City a copy of the <br />access easement for their review and approval. The temporary cul-de-sac will be signed <br />as a future through street. <br /> <br />Boulevard and Area Restoration. The DEVELOPER shall be responsible for the cost <br />of establishing seed in all boulevards within thirty (30) days of the completion of the <br />street improvements, and restoring all other areas disturbed by the development grading <br />operation in accordance with the approved erosion and sediment control plan. The <br />DEVELOPER shall also be responsible for the cost of cleaning any soil, earth or debris <br />from the wetlands within and adjacent to this Plat resulting from grading performed in the <br />development of the land. <br /> <br />Construction Site Maintenance. The DEVELOPER shall adhere to all City ordinances <br />relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, <br />open burning, etc. <br /> <br />Estimated Cost. It is understood and agreed their cost amounts set forth in this <br />Agreement as Stage I and Stage I1 Improvements, unless specified as fixed amounts, are <br />estimated.
