-12- <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon reviewed the options submitted and commented that one requires the <br />movement of the septic system. He stated if the variance is granted, the drainfield would have to <br />be removed since it needs to be ten feet from the lot line. <br /> <br />Mr. Longfield stated one proposal is to move the septic system to the east which would be in <br />compliance. He presented photographs of the property, noting the trees that ~w,~d have to be <br />removed to accommodate the relocated sewer. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted those trees provide a buffer to the neighbor's <br /> <br />Mr. Lon~eld stated that is co~ect and added that the septic systm.,~*:S~ight <br /> <br />Chaicerson Nixt stated he is inclined to ~ant the request~:~i~ance since the config ~of <br />the lot othe~ise is not Wpical.
