-12- Principal Planner Trudgeon reviewed the options submitted and commented that one requires the movement of the septic system. He stated if the variance is granted, the drainfield would have to be removed since it needs to be ten feet from the lot line. Mr. Longfield stated one proposal is to move the septic system to the east which would be in compliance. He presented photographs of the property, noting the trees that ~w,~d have to be removed to accommodate the relocated sewer.
