Board Member Reeve stated that is true but that lot configuration makes no sense in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Brauer, to adopt Resolution <br />//02-07- adopting Findings of Fact # not favorable to the applicant relating to a request for <br />a variance from Robert Longfield to the minimum lot size modified as follows: 6) "That the <br />special conditions causing the undue hardship do result from the actions of the Applicant."; 7) <br />That if granted, the variance will grant the Applicant special privilege..."; 8) "That if granted, the <br />variance will be materially detrimental..."; and' 9) "That if granted, the variance will not <br />substantially increase the congestion of public streets..." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Board Members Kociscak, Brauer, and Watson. Voting NO: <br />Chairperson Nixt and Board Member Reeve. Absent: Board Members Johnson and Sweet. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Brauer, to adopt Resolution <br />//02-07- denying the issuance of a variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 residential <br />district as requested by Robert Longfield based on the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Board Members Kociscak, Brauer, and Watson. Voting No: <br />Chairperson Nixt and Board Member Reeve.
