I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-07- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, Robert Longfield hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a Board of Adjustment variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 Residential District for the property generally located at 5751 177ta Ave. and legally described as follows: Lot I, Block 1 Echo Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 23, 2002 and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance to the minimum lot size in the K-1 Residential District. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows 1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to the minimum lot size in the K-1 Residential District is hereby granted for the development of the Subject Property. 2. The variance allows for a lot of 2.08 acres to be created. 3. The lot for which the variance has been granted to shall follow the subdivision process outlined in City Ordinances. 4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of July, 2002. -221 -
