Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-07- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE MINIMUM <br />LOT SIZE IN THE R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Longfield hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for a Board of Adjustment variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 Residential District for the <br />property generally located at 5751 177th Ave. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 1 Echo Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, th~ City Council met on July 23, 2002, and adopted findings of fact relating to the <br />request for a variance to the minimum lot size in the R-1 Residential District. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1.
