-240- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-0% <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TOWN CENTER NORTH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 19, 2002, Andrew P. Kociscak and the Menkveld Company, <br />hereafter referred to as "Developers" has properly applied for minor subdivision approval of the <br />following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly and easterly of PINEVIEW ESTATES 2nd <br />ADDITION, acco[ding .the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, except that <br />part of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter lying within the north 33.00 feet thereof. <br />Also, except the south 609 feet of the east 650.00 feet of said North Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter. Also except the south 100.00 feet of the west 100.00 feet of the east 750 feet of <br />said North Half of the Northeast Quarter.
