-250- <br /> <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION MEMBER, KALTHLEEN SWEET, ESQ. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Sweet has served on the Planning Commission since May of <br /> 2001; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Sweet submitted a letter of resignation on July 15th, 2002, <br /> effective immediately. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel Committee to accept Kathleen Sweet's resignation from the Ramsey <br /> Planning Commission; <br /> <br />2) That the resignation is effective immediately. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 23''d day of July 2002. <br /> <br />I, <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
