Chairperson Nixt asked if this will be back before the Planning Commission during the <br />preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that is correct. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to recommend that City <br />Council approve the sketch plan as modified to combine Lots 1 and 2 and 3 and 5 <br />larger, contingent on compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated 2002 and <br />recommend that the developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Meanwhile, the rest <br />of the property was sold to Mr. Kociscak and an unrecorded deed was given back to Menkveld. <br />That resulted in their inability to get a clear title to Brightkeys.
