Councilmember .... introduced thdfollowing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR LOTS 11 AND 12, <br />BLOCK 2, AND OUTLOT A, NORTHFORK ST. ANDREWS ADDITION AS TRACTS <br />A, B AND C. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, North Fork, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for an administrative subdivision to convey portions of Lots 11 and 12, Block 2 and all of Outlot <br />A, Northfork St. Andrews Addition (the "Subject Property") to ; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Subject Property is torrens; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Registered Land Survey is required for the subdivision and <br />conveyance of torrens property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there are no park dedication, trail fees or stormwater management fees <br />associated with administrative subdivisions approved by the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposed subdivision and recommended <br />City Council approval of same. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves the Registered Land Survey for Lots 11 and 12, <br /> Outlot A, Northfork St. Andrews Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of July, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-70- <br /> <br /> <br />
