I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire Station 4/2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the vacation of the segments of city street as follows: A portion of 142nd Avenue NW from Jaspar Street NW to Limonite Street NW. Said portion is described as follows: That part of said 142nd Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the southerly extension of the east line of Lot 3, Block 2, said GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK and easterly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Lot 3. Together with the southerly half of said 142nd Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Lot 3 and easterly of the westerly line of Limonite Street N.W. as dedicated and depicted on said recorded plat of GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK. All interested persons are invited to attend the heating and comment on this issue. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Administrative Services at 763-427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 15th, 2002. Written comments are welcome' and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
