On the alternative configuration, Mayor Ramsey stated he wanted the bridge to go straight <br />across. Mr. Heppeimann noted MnDOT did not have any concerns with the alignment <br />Councilmember Dehen stated he did not mind the bridge not being straight. <br />2) Consider Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) with Anoka County for the Signalization <br />of Sunfish Lake Boulevard (CSAH57) and Alpine Drive <br />City Engineer Himmer presented staff's report. <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if the County would agree to the lights flashing yellow after a certain hour. <br />Public Works Director Olson responded the County no longer allowed yellow flashing lights at <br />intersections. <br />It was Council's consensus to move forward. <br />3) Consider Trail Easement from Alpine Drive to Bunker Lake Boulevard — Hansen <br />Tree Farm <br />City Engineer Himmer presented staffs report. <br />Mayor Ramsey believed this was an important trail access and he recommended proceeding <br />forward. <br />It was Council's consensus to continue the discussion, but to proceed with the easement. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:59 p.m. <br />Respectfu 1 bmitted, <br />Kurds G.
