ORDINANCE #10-76 CITY OF RAMSEY • ANOKA COUNTY` ' STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE: ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF RAM- The City of Ramsey' ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursu- ant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of Ramsey: SECTION 2. PURPOSE- Per 5701.10 (Fees) the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Permit Fees, service Charges, and Other Fees that will be collected by the City in year 2011. This is known as -the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges. SECTION 3. SCHEDULE -. - - The - permit fees "and 'service charges are hereby established for the. year 2011. 'A copy of- the 'fees'and service charges are posted on the City's :we b ri te - `'a t www.cityoframsey.com. SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effec- tive 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
