NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF tL4a'VISEY <br />Axx~O K.A COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby g/ven that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Monday, November 10, 1997, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N'W, Ramsey, ~ 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed ordinance to vacate a portion of the drainage <br />and utility easement contained within the property generally known as 14301 Waco Street NW <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 45, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Ali interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for easement <br />vacation. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and upon <br />request, information will be provided [n an alternative form and interpreter will be available. <br />Any person with such a request should contact Sylvia Frolik at 427-1410 by noon on Thursday, <br />November 6, 1997. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipa! Center; the number is 427- <br />8591. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard Nh3/, Ramsey, MN 55303.
