Community Development Director Frolik distributed copies of an undated letter from Bob Lea, <br />16010 Sodium St. N.W, who is opposed to the variance. The subject line reads: Request for <br />?ariance to Construct Garage, 15920 Radium St NW. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt closed the regular portion of the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:52 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Geno Ronallo, 15920 Radium Street N.W. stated the north yard has <br />said he would like to put the new garage in the south yard because <br />garage in the future.
