Citizen Input <br /> <br />Mark Koran, 1600 Old Simms Road, Oak Grove, explained he owns the business to the south of <br />this facility. He said he was aware this facility existed when he moved in, but it has significantly <br />changed over the last two years. He said the vehicle traffic has significantly increased. Much of <br />the noise was muffled by the 8-foot wall. However, east of the wall there is now more storage of <br />sand and rock, which is triple the size of the original amount.
