-62- <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated Lot 1 is a custom graded lot. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen asked if they were going to grade what was in yellow but not what <br />was in white. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 would be custom <br />graded. <br /> <br />Mr. Putnam stated that was correct and the grading of those lots would take place at the time of <br />the home construction. <br /> <br />Councilmember HendrikSen asked if they would extend beyond the yellow area. <br /> <br /> ~ d <br />Mr. Putnam stated they ori~all~p[opose the grading of the house plan shown with the grading <br />of the house pad on Lo[.2-::in addition to the necessary grading for construction of the roadway <br />and maintaining a standard boulevard and a standard four to one slope. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendri~c~er~ ~d'ho:~h'bh:~ were they going to raise the pad for the house. <br /> <br />Mr. Putnam stated it depend~;~v~'ch pl~}~was approved and at what timeframe they were <br />talking, but ultimately the lot 4~uld a~6~Ste the home. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen asked if~ hg4 a:~m-,'¢5~-~tion in mind for the house. <br /> <br />Mr. Putnam stated he d~d.
