-62- City Engineer Jankowski stated Lot 1 is a custom graded lot. Councilmember Hendriksen asked if they were going to grade what was in yellow but not what was in white. Community Development Director Frolik stated Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 would be custom graded. Mr. Putnam stated that was correct and the grading of those lots would take place at the time of the home construction. Councilmember HendrikSen asked if they would extend beyond the yellow area. ~ d Mr. Putnam stated they ori~all~p[opose the grading of the house plan shown with the grading of the house pad on Lo[.2-::in addition to the necessary grading for construction of the roadway and maintaining a standard boulevard and a standard four to one slope. Councilmember Hendriksen stated they would be grading beyond the area in the yellow. Mayor Gamec stated tiffs was one reason they had building designers and engineers.
