Mayor Gamec asked if the garage were set at an angle, would they eliminate the existing driveway. Mr. Ronallo stated he would like to use the existing driveway but angle it around the existing tree into the new garage. Councilmember Hendriksen asked what was the logic to the 40-foot setback. Community Development Director Frolik stated the 40-foot setback is 40 feet in this neighborhood so the side yard setback should be equal to the front yard setback.
