-74- <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated the permit was for three years only and would need to be <br />approved every three years. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed the following Findings: <br /> <br /> 12. That the grading operation will increase the traffic to and from the subject <br /> property for the period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> 13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to <br /> persons residing, or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> 14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, <br /> or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> 15. That the propos~ use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br /> <br /> · neighboring~ <br /> 16. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, CouncilmemlSers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve Eric <br />Thomsen's request for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen.
