2) Commend Staff on Efforts Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler stated he wanted to commend the staff on something. He stated there was a developer at the meeting that stated Ramsey was one of the strictest cities when it came to grading issues and he was proud of this. He stated they went through the wettest month on record and they did not have one storm water complaint. He stated they had been knocking off their major problems out there and they are designing a more robust system. Mayor Gamec stated he had a meeting with some of the people in Woodland Greens and several of the people were commenting about the puddling areas and this was the first year they could remember that the water in the culverts were running swiftly through.
