City Eng/neer Jankowski responded that ~Mr. Thomson would be flattening a knolI, and final grades will be similar to adjacent grades. Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to close the public hearing. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Kociscak, Dempsey, and Wivoda. Voting No: None.
